About
Diego Zietek, the person who runs every account on this site
Independent paid media consultant with 14+ years of hands-on work across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Advertising, for B2B, SaaS, healthcare, e-commerce and local service companies. I operate alone: the person who audits the account is the person who runs it and writes the report.

Experience
Brands I've worked on
Fourteen-plus years across agency, in-house and freelance roles put me on accounts with very different economics: SaaS and subscription products such as Intuit QuickBooks, Skillshare and Pontomais, global consumer brands such as Shell, Timberland and Amazon Prime, home services companies such as an HVAC and plumbing business in Houston, and companies in telecom, education, healthcare and e-commerce. Through Underscore Marketing, a US agency, I also worked on oncology, rare disease and gene therapy brands.

What carries over to your account is pattern recognition: how a trial-to-paid funnel differs from a lead form, which conversions each business can actually measure, and where spend usually leaks.
Logos belong to their owners and identify past work, not endorsements.
How I work, and what that changes
- One person, start to finish. No account manager between us, no junior doing the weekly work, no handover where context is lost.
- Flat fees. A fixed-price audit or a flat monthly retainer, never a percentage of ad spend, so there is no incentive to push budget up. The pricing page explains it.
- Your accounts. Campaigns, conversion actions, tags and landing pages live in your Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager and Meta accounts. If we stop, you keep all of it.
- Reporting for owners. Cost per customer, revenue where it can be measured, what changed and why. Not click counts.
- Few clients. The client list is kept short on purpose. That is the whole reason the model above holds.
What is public and what is not
Four engagements are described with their limits on the results page: a Houston HVAC and plumbing company (44% lower cost per acquisition), Pontomais, a Brazilian HR tech startup (600% sales growth in eight months, mostly from Google Ads), one of the largest private school groups in Brazil (a 5,000-student enrolment target hit three months early) and a freelance role with Underscore Marketing, a US pharmaceutical agency. Clients bound by compliance or confidentiality are not named. First-party research, including a Google Ads CPC benchmark across six US industries, is published on diwizi.com, which is the same practice with more detail by industry.
This site exists because a lot of people search for a Google Ads freelancer or a PPC consultant without an industry in mind. Diwizi.com goes deep by sector; this site answers the general question: who would run the account, how, and for how much.
Questions people ask before hiring
Are you an agency?
No. Diwizi is a consultancy with one consultant. When a project needs a designer or a developer, I bring in a specific person for that piece and tell you who it is.
Where are you based, and does it matter?
Curitiba, Brazil, GMT-3. For US clients that is one to four hours ahead; for the UK and Ireland, three to four hours behind. In practice we overlap most of the working day either way, and everything is done remotely in English.
Do you hold Google or Meta certifications?
Yes, though I would not hire on that basis and neither should you. Certifications test platform knowledge; the work is judgement about a specific business. Ask about accounts and results instead.
