White label PPC

White label PPC management: a senior operator on your clients' accounts, without the hire

For agencies, consultancies and web studios that sell paid media and need someone senior to run it. Your brand, your client relationship, your reporting template; my hands on the account.

14+years across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft
1operator, no subcontracting chain
Per accountpricing, not per seat
NDAstandard, your brand only

When an agency needs white label PPC

  • A client account that outgrew the team. The spend or complexity now needs someone who has run large accounts before, and hiring that person full-time is not justified by one client.
  • A gap. Your PPC lead left, or is on leave, and the accounts cannot wait three months for a replacement.
  • A service you sell but do not staff. Web, SEO or creative agencies asked by clients to run their Google or Meta ads, who want to say yes without building a department.
  • A pitch. Audit and strategy for a prospect's account, delivered under your name, before the retainer is won.

I have worked on the agency side of this arrangement, including a freelance role for a US pharmaceutical marketing agency in 2023 and 2024, so I know what the account manager needs from the operator and what the client must never see.

How the arrangement works

  1. Scope per account. Platforms, spend, markets, what the client was promised, how often they hear from you. Priced per account as a flat monthly fee, so your margin is known before you quote.
  2. Access under your MCC. I work inside your manager accounts or the client's, as you prefer. Nothing is built anywhere you do not control.
  3. Your brand, always. Reports in your template, notes in your project tool, calls with the client only when you want me on them and as part of your team. NDA is standard.
  4. Weekly work, written up. The same weekly optimisation and monthly written report I produce for direct clients, delivered to your account manager in a form they can forward.
  5. Handover when you are ready. If you hire in-house later, the account comes with documentation and a transition period rather than a cliff.

What is covered

Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube), Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, plus the measurement layer under them: GA4, Tag Manager, Conversions API, offline conversion import, CRM connection. Audits and strategy documents for pitches. Creative production is not included; I work with your designers.

What is not covered: account management in the client-facing sense. I do not run your client relationship, chase approvals or attend your weekly status call unless you ask me to join as your specialist.

Pricing for agencies

Per account, flat monthly, scaled by scope, with a lower unit price as the number of accounts grows. Not a percentage of the client's spend and not a share of your retainer. Audits for pitches are a fixed price each. Capacity is limited on purpose, so I take on a small number of agency partners rather than a queue; the pricing page explains the model and the contact page is the way to start.

Questions people ask before hiring

Will my client know a freelancer is running the account?

Only if you tell them. Work is done under your brand and your accounts, with an NDA. If you want me introduced as part of your team on calls, that works too.

How is white label PPC priced?

A flat monthly fee per account, set by scope, with volume pricing for several accounts. Not a percentage of the client's spend, so you can price your retainer however you like.

Can you audit a prospect's account for a pitch?

Yes, as a fixed-price deliverable in your template. It is the same audit I sell directly, with your name on it.

What if you are at capacity?

I say so before taking the account. Over-committing is how white label work gets a bad reputation, and I would rather refer you on than run your client's account badly.

Do you sign an NDA and a non-solicit?

Yes to both, as standard. Your clients are yours.
